Frequently Asked Questions

What problems do your AI solutions solve?
We reduce missed calls, no-shows, and manual data entry. Typical wins: more booked appointments from the same traffic, faster ticket resolution, and fewer repetitive admin tasks.
Who is this for?
Owner-led businesses and small teams (clinics, trades, property managers, agencies) that want measurable outcomes without hiring extra staff.
What's included in "custom development and deployment"?
We map your workflow, build tailored components/automations, and deploy to your host (e.g., Vercel/Netlify/Render/cPanel). We set environment variables, connect your domain, and verify SEO, performance, and forms before handoff.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo/brand assets (if any), approved copy, basic images, and access to tools we're integrating (calendar, forms, CMS, CRM, phone/SMS). We'll send a simple checklist.
How fast is delivery?
Starter sites: 5–10 business days. Growth projects: 3–4 weeks. Premium builds: 5–8 weeks. Timelines depend on content readiness and integration complexity.
Do I own the code and content?
Yes. You own the code, content, and data we build for you. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock, APIs) are owned by their vendors and used under their terms.
What platforms/stack do you use?
Front-end: React/Next. Back-end: Node (Express/Nest) or Spring Boot. DB: Postgres/MySQL. AI: OpenAI + vector search where needed. Telephony: Twilio/compatible. We also work with Zapier/Make/n8n for glue.
Do you replace my existing tools?
Usually no. We integrate with them (calendar, CRM, EMR/PMS, forms). If a tool blocks results, we'll recommend an alternative.
Is this HIPAA/PII compliant?
We avoid handling PHI unless we use BAA-backed services and least-privilege access with audit logs. For non-health PII, we follow common security practices (encryption in transit, secret management, minimal retention). Ask if you need a BAA or DPA.
What about SMS/email compliance?
We include clear opt-out language. Email: "Reply 'remove' to stop." SMS: "Reply STOP to opt out." You're responsible for lawful use of contact lists; we'll guide on best practices.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee delivery of the agreed features and quality thresholds (performance, SEO, working flows). Some offers include a small performance pledge (e.g., tune-up or partial refund) when stated.
What's your revision policy?
Starter: 2 rounds of edits. Growth/Premium: 2 rounds across UI/flows. Extra changes are billed at your hourly rate.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes—care plans: Basic (updates/backups), Growth (small tasks + quarterly SEO), and Pro/Scale (feature time, performance tuning, model/prompt updates).
How do payments work?
Common schedules: 50/30/20 or 40/40/20 (kickoff / feature-complete / launch). Add-ons and overages are billed upon acceptance.
How do you measure success?
We set up GA4/events and simple KPI boards (bookings, call deflection, ticket close time). You'll receive a "Proof Pack" snapshot after launch.
Can you work with my team or agency?
Yes. We're happy to collaborate with designers, IT, or compliance teams. We can join your Slack/Jira or run everything in our tracker.
What happens if something breaks?
During the warranty window (typically 30 days), we fix launch-related issues. After that, the care plan covers updates and priority fixes.
